Abstract
RELEVANT SUPREME COURT DECISIONS REQUIRING RECOGNITION OF THE JUVENILE'S RIGHT TO BAR MULTIPLE THREATS OF JUDGMENT ARE DISCUSSED. JUDICIAL AND LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS TO BAR MULTIPLE JEOPARDY ARE COMPARED AGAINST THE CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARDS DEVELOPED BY THE SUPREME COURT. A FRAMEWORK FOR THE RESOLUTION OF JUVENILE DOUBLE JEOPARDY PROBLEMS IS INCLUDED.
