Abstract
THIS PROJECT SYNOPSIS PROVIDES A SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT TASKS, A DESCRIPTION OF THE TRI-COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, AND PARTICULAR SUMMARIES ON AGENCIES, RESOURCES AND WORKLOADS AS AN AID FOR REVIEW AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE SUBJECT MATERIAL. DEFINITIVE CONCLUSIONS AND FINDINGS HAVE BEEN DRAWN FROM THE VARIOUS PORTIONS OF THE OVERALL WORK, TOGETHER WITH ACTUAL JUVENILE NARCOTICS AND DRUG OFFENSES REPORTED BY SCHOOL POPULATIONS DURING THE PREVIOUS YEAR. SEVERAL CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS DEEMED APPLICABLE TO OTHER REGIONAL COUNCILS OF GOVERNMENT FOR POSSIBLE USE IN REGIONAL PLANNING ARE INCLUDED.
