THIS REPORT DISCUSSES A RELATIVELY SIMPLE, INEXPENSIVE, AND FAST METHOD THAT WAS DEVELOPED BY THE TEHERAN CRIMINAL POLICE LABORATORY IN IRAN.
Abstract
THE METHOD OF EXTRACTION AND SUBSTANCES USED ARE DESCRIBED. THE ONLY PIECE OF APPARATUS REQUIRED IS A GLASS TUBE FITTED WITH A TAP AT ONE END. THE COLORIMETER AND SPECTROPHOTOMETER ARE USED IN IDENTIFYING THE DRUGS AS ARE THE PROCESSES OF PAPER AND THIN-LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY.
