Annotation
The authors outline the measures in force in some European nations that are placed in between the conventional detention and the condition of full freedom and that show similarities with the measures introduced in Italy by the law on the penitentiary system, No. 354 of July 26, 1975.
Abstract
The authors point out that the imprisonment system still exists, even though persons under the new reform measures have more contact with the external environment. They indicate some inconveniences brought about by the first implementation phase of the new system. Special note is made of article 49 of the law No. 354. A total of 13 footnotes are provided.
