Abstract
TIME LIMIT VIOLATIONS, PLACE RESTRICTION VIOLATIONS, MANNER OF PARKING VIOLATIONS, AND MISCELLANEOUS PARKING REGULATIONS ARE ANALYZED. AN EXAMPLE OF ENFORCEMENT TECHNIQUES IS THE CHALK METHOD FOR TIMING PARKED CARS IN A UNMETERED TIME LIMIT ZONE. THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR POLICE OFFICERS TO FOLLOW IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES, AND MOTORIST'S RETORTS ARE EVEN ANTICIPATED IN SOME INSTANCES.
