Abstract
SUGGESTIONS FOR ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ALARM MONITORING, INSTALLATION, QUALITY CONTROL, AND SYSTEM MAINTENANCE ARE OFFERED. THE AUTHOR RECOMMENDS STANDARDIZING AN ALARM PANEL TO BE INSTALLED IN THE COMMUNICATIONS OPERATION AND SPECIFIES FIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM.
