Abstract
RAP, STARTED IN 1970, RELIES FOR FUNDING ON THE CHRISTIAN ACTION GROUP, A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION. RAP HAS HELPED IN THE INSTITUTION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE ORDERS WHICH ALLOW OFFENDERS TO WORK AS MUCH AS 240 HOURS IN PROJECTS THAT BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY. NEW DIRECTIONS FOR RAP ARE DISCUSSED.
