Abstract
THE BOOK IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS AND TO URGE CITIZENS TO SUPPORT SUCH MEASURES AS RAPE CRISIS CENTERS, HOTLINES, REFORM OF OUTDATED LAWS, AND IMPROVED EMERGENCY TREATMENT. THE DISCUSSION INCLUDED THE PROBLEM OF SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN AS WELL AS OF ADULTS.
