Abstract
SUGGESTIONS ARE GIVEN FOR PROTECTING ONESELF IN SECLUDED SPOTS SUCH AS OFFICE BUILDINGS AT NIGHT, PARKING GARAGES, AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TERMINALS. ALSO CONSIDERED ARE SAFETY MEASURES TO FOLLOW WHEN WALKING ALONE AT NIGHT, HITCHIKING, AND IN AND AROUND AUTOMOBILES. IN ADDITION, SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES FOR WOMEN TO USE AGAINST BOTH ARMED AND UNARMED ATTACKERS ARE OUTLINED.
