Abstract
RECOMMENDATIONS ARE CONTAINED TO REVISE AND RECODIFY CRIMINAL LAWS IN THE UNITED STATES, UNDER FEDERAL JURISDICTION, INCLUDING THE REPEAL OF UNNECESSARY OR UNDESIREABLE STATUTES AND CHANGES IN THE PENALTY STRUCTURE. THE PROPOSED CODE IS DIVIDED INTO GENERAL PROVISIONS, SPECIFIC OFFENSES, AND THE SENTENCING SYSTEM.
