THE AUTHORS PROVIDE DETAILED PLANS FOR A SUGGESTED REHABILITATION CENTER TO BE LOCATED ON THE SITE OF THE PRESENT CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE CITY OF HAMELN, WEST GERMANY. --IN GERMAN
