Abstract
THE INTERPERSONAL MATURITY LEVEL SCALE WAS CHOSEN AS THE VEHICLE FOR CLASSIFYING AND DIAGNOSING THE CASELOAD. COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF MEMBERS, AS WELL AS BETWEEN STAFF AND WARDS, IMPROVED AFTER TRAINING SESSIONS WITH THE NEW TECHNIQUE.
