As an Office of Justice Programs (OJP) award recipient, you and members of your organization are invited to attend the following:

OJP has scheduled an Advanced Financial Training Seminar that will take place in Washington, DC on May 27-28, 2026. Registration for the seminar will open Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 2pm Eastern Standard Time.

Please have the following information available to complete the registration process.

• The year that you received your certificate – Financial Management Basic Training Seminar or Online (this a mandatory requirement to attend the Advanced seminar prior to registering for the seminar) 
• Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)  
• At least one of your OJP active grant award numbers  

There is no cost to attend the training. However, attendees are responsible for all costs associated with their participation, including transportation, lodging, and meals.

Once registered, you will receive an e-mail notification that we have received your request however the “confirmation” number does not guarantee a spot in the seminar. OJP will review the information you have provided during registration and will determine your eligibility to attend the training seminar. 

You will receive a second email approximately 15 business days after your initial registration confirming your attendance or informing you of the reason you have not been approved to attend. Additional information is available on the seminar registration website.
