2025 Financial Management Training

Registration

As an Office of Justice Programs (OJP) award recipient, you and members of your organization are invited to attend a 2025 Financial Management Training Seminar.

OJP has scheduled an Advanced Financial Training Seminar that will take place in Washington, DC on August 6-7, 2025. Registration for the seminar will open Monday, June 30, 2025, at 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). 

Please have the following information available to complete the registration process.

             * Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 

             * At least one of your OJP active grant award numbers 

            * The year that you received your certificate – Financial Management Basic Training Seminar or Online. (this a mandatory requirement to attend the Advanced seminar prior to registering for the seminar) 

There is no cost to attend the seminar. However, attendees are responsible for all expenses associated with their participation, including transportation, lodging, and meals. To receive your completion certificate for attending and participating in the Financial Management Training Seminar you must be present both days for the full seminar and complete the survey.

 You will receive an e-mail confirming your request to attend the seminar. Please note, this is only an acknowledgement that we have received your registration request; the “confirmation number” does not guarantee a spot in the seminar. OJP will review the information you provided and will determine if you are eligible to attend the training seminar. You will receive a second email confirming your attendance or informing you of the reason you have not been approved to attend.  Additional information is available on the seminar registration website.
