THIS PAPER SEEKS TO SOLVE SOME OF THE PRACTICAL PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH DESCRIBING AND ASSESSING EFFORTS AT DELINQUENCY PREVENTION.
Abstract
FOLLOWING A SEARCH OF THE PROFESSIONAL LITERATURE, PREVIOUS EFFORTS ARE DESCRIBED AND EVALUATIVE CRITERIA ARE SUGGESTED AND THEN APPLIED. THE CONLCUSION DRAWN IS THAT IT IS UNLIKELY THAT ANY OF THESE PROJECTS SUCCESSFULLY PREVENTED DELINQUENY BEHAVIOR. SEVERAL EXPLANATIONS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS ARE THEN OFFERED. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
