Abstract
THIS CASEBOOK ATTEMPTS TO ILLUMINATE SOME OF THE ISSUES RELATING TO THE CONCEPT OF PRIVACY: ITS ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT AS A HUMAN NEED; ITS MORAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE; THE ROLE OF LAW, GOVERNMENT, AND BUSINESS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CONFLICTS ARISING FROM THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY IN A FREE SOCIETY.
