THIS REPORT ADDRESSES THE PERCEIVED NEED FOR LAWYERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY LEADERS TO AID EDUCATORS IN PREPARING EFFECITVE LAW-RELATED PROGRAMS FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.
Abstract
THIS STUDY INVOLVED IN NATIONAL SURVEY OF LAW-RELATED EDUCATION PROJECTS, AND PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES WHICH SUPPORT SUCH PROJECTS. THE STUDY'S ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS COVER PROJECT STRUCTURE AND ADMINISTRATION, THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS, FUNDING, AND FUTURE CONSIDERATIONS. BACKGROUND DATA AND INFORMATION FROM THE STUDY, AND DESCRIPTIONS OF SPECIFIC PROJECTS ENCOUNTERED IN THE STUDY ARE INCLUDED IN APPENDIXES.
