Abstract
GENERAL AREAS INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM ARE LEGAL CONTROL OF DRUGS, THE COURT SYSTEM, CLASSES OF DRUGS, PATTERNS OF DRUG ABUSE, ADDICTION AND DRUG DEPENDENCE, THE DRUG OFFENDER, AND NARCOTICS ENFORCEMENT. IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING A MODEL STRUCTURE FOR THE PROGRAM, GOALS, EVALUATION, AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED.
