Abstract
THE PROPOSED STATUTE CONTAINS FOUR PARTS - THE JUVENILE CODE, CHILD SERVICE LAWS, PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP AND MSCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. EACH SECTION (INDIVIDUAL PROVISION) OF THE STATUTE IS REPRODUCED WITH A COMMENTARY EXPLAINING ITS RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER SECTIONS OF THE PROPOSED REVISION AND HOW IT MODIFIES EXISING PRACTICE. RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING STATUTORY SECTIONS ARE DETAILED.
