Abstract
SOME OF THESE TOPICS ARE ALLEGED RACISM, USE OF UNNECESSARY FORCE, LACK OF POLICE INFORMATION ON ILLICIT ACTIVITIES, AND DOUBLE STANDARDS IN POLICE SERVICES FOR GHETTO AND UPPER CLASS NIEGHBORHOODS. ALSO DISCUSSED ARE THE PROBLEMS FACED BY BLACK POLICEMEN IN DEALING WITH BOTH BLACK AND WHITE CITIZENS.
