Award Condition: Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation
The following award condition is incorporated by reference into certain OJP awards made on or after October 1, 2010. (To determine whether this condition applies to a particular OJP award, refer to the conditions that accompany the award document. Most OJP awards made after October 1, 2024 have a streamlined award condition that incorporates by reference the award term set forth at 2 C.F.R. part 170, Appendix A, directly, instead of referencing the text below.)
