Abstract
THIS BEHAVIOR IS BECOMING INCREASING INTEGRATED INTO A SUBCULTURE AND SET OF VALUES BASED ON CONSUMPTION OF DRUGS AND AVOIDANCE OF WORK. AMONG THESE ACTIVITIES ARE BEGGING, PROSTITUTION, OBTAINING SUPPORT IN RETURN FOR HOMOSEXUAL COHABITATION, THEFT, SHOPLIFTING, LIVING OFF FRIENDS AND RELATIVES, OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FRAUDULENTLY, AND NON-PAYMENT OF FARES AND ENTRANCE FEES, AND EMPLOYEE PILFERAGE OF DRUGS AND OTHER GOODS.
